Liebe Kolleginnen, liebe Kollegen, liebe Patienten,

in der größten Studienzentrale Mitteldeutschlands prüfen wir gerne jederzeit, ob eine Teilnahme an einer unserer zahlreichen Studien für die Betroffenen von Vorteil sein könnte. Dabei sind viele der aufgeführten Projekte internationale bzw. weltweite onkologische Phase-III-Studien. Insgesamt haben wir derzeit 24 solcher Studien aktiv laufen, und 12 weitere befinden sich in der Vorbereitungsphase.

Prostatakrebs

Multizentrische, prospektive, randomisierte Studie zur Evaluierung des Effekts der medikamentösen Standardtherapie mit oder ohne radikaler Prostatektomie bei Patienten mit einem begrenzt ossär metastasiertem Prostatakrebs 
Einschlußkriterien: Lokal operable Drüse bis cT3; bis 5 Knochenmetastasen; PSA bis150 ng/ml; Asymptomatik oder geringe Symptomatik
Primäres Studienziel: Gesamtüberleben
Sekundäre Ziele: Progressionsfreies Überleben, Lebensqualität
Nationale Anwendungsbeobachtung im Rahmen einer internetbasierten Datenbank jeder HIFU-Therapie in Deutschland; Indikationsstellung primär und Salvagetherapie.Studiendesign: Offen prospektiv, nicht randomisierte Studie bei allen HIFU-Patienten
HIFU als fokale Therapie beim Prostatakrebs
Hemiablation bei low risk-Prostatakrebs mit sicherem einseitigen Befall. Patienten, die die Standardtherapien abgelehnt haben und eine Active Surveillance-Strategie nicht wünschen.
Studiendesign: Prospektiv einarmig, nicht randomisierte Studie.
Beobachtungszeit 24 Monate.
Primäres Studienziel: Progressionsfreies Überleben.
Sekundäres Studienziel: Gesamtüberleben und Lebensqualität.
Behandelt werden sollen Kleintumore der Prostata bis Gleason 3 + 4 = 7 mit intermediärem Risiko.
Studiendesign: Prospektiv einarmig, nicht randomisiert
Primäres Studienziel: Progressionsfreies Überleben
Sekundäres Studienziel: Gesamtüberleben und Lebensqualität
ODM-201 als Antiandrogenrezeptor beim kastrationsresistenten, nicht metastasierten Prostatakrebs vor Chemotherapie.
Studiendesign: Prospektiv zweiarmig 2:1 randomisiert, placebokontrolliert
Primäres Studienziel: Metastasenfreies Überleben
Sekundäres Studienziel: Gesamtüberleben
Anwendungsbeobachtung zu Radium 223 bei Patienten mit kastrationsresistentem, knochenmetastasiertem Prostatakrebs ohne viszerale oder Fernmetastasen

ODM-201 als Antiandrogenrezeptor beim kastrationsnaiven, metastasierten Prostatakrebs vor Chemotherapie.

Studiendesign: Prospektiv Phase III zweiarmig 1:1 randomisiert, placebokontrolliert: ODM + Docetaxel-Chemo vs. Placebo * Docetaxel-Chemo

CTC-Zahl und AR-V7-Status bei Patienten mit m CRPC unter Zytige

Studiendesign: Prospektiv Phase II, einarmige
